Foreclosure Help

Some homeowners who are defaulting on their mortgage loans frequently avoid discussion with their lender in the mistaken belief that the problem will go away if they ignore the calls and notices.  Unfortunately, that is an erroneous assumption and also a detrimental one.  The truth is that foreclosure can sometimes be avoided by speaking directly with lenders, or with non-profit and government agencies that might be able to offer sound advice.

We are providing the link below from the CT Department of Banking that might be of assistance if you, or someone you know, are being confronted with the problem.  We highly advise that you become proactive in the process, and you will have a better chance at resolving the matter.
